PETALING JAYA: Oil and gas (O&G) support services provider, Ocean Vantage Holdings Bhd , has teamed up with Toyo Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd to bid for Senari Synergy Sdn Bhd’s oil storage terminal project in Kuching. It said yesterday that its unit Ocean Vantage Engineering Sdn Bhd had signed an unincorporated consortium agreement with Japan’s Toyo to jointly bid for the downstream O&G project, which will be in the Senari Synergy Industrial Complex Ocean Vantage said Toyo is an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning provider for petrochemical, chemical and general industries in Malaysia. Toyo has undertaken numerous petrochemical to manufacturing-based projects in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.

Toyo is a engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) services provider for the petrochemical, chemical and general industries in Malaysia. Under the agreement, the unincorporated consortium will tender for EPCC works for an oil storage terminal project by Senari Synergy Sdn Bhd located in Senari Synergy Industrial Complex, Kuching, Sarawak.

Komarkcorp Bhd has entered into a distributorship agreement with LKL International Bhd to sell and distribute its disposable medical grade face masks worldwide. The distributorship agreement was signed by the subsidiaries of both companies, namely Komark Mask (M) Sdn Bhd and LKL Advance Metaltech Sdn Bhd. Komarkcorp, involved in printing labels and packaging solutions, in June this year diversified into mask and personal protection equipment (PPE) manufacturing via the incorporation of Komark Mask to carry out the new business.
