India and France have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen strategic cooperation. Foreign Minister of France Jean-Yves Le Drian and External Affairs Minister of India S Jaishankar held bilateral talks on Tuesday where both sides discussed a number of regional and global issues of mutual interest reiterating their shared commitment.
India and France on Tuesday explored ways to strengthen cooperation in the Indo-Pacific, including under a trilateral mechanism with Australia to address emerging challenges in the maritime and space domains.

NEW DELHI India and France agreed on Tuesday to strengthen cooperation in several areas of mutual interests during talks between External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and visiting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Jean-Yves Le Drian.
