Stafford Township Cops Arrest Man With Gun at Medical Center
A man is in jail after being arrested for having a gun at the Southern Ocean Medical Center.
Stafford Township Police say they received a call just before 6pm Monday about a man with a gun at the Medical Center.

Police responded and quickly determined that the man in possession of the handgun was Robert L. Goldware, 29, of Trenton. He was taken into custody.
Police say the handgun had been stolen from Folcroft, Pennsylvania.
Goldware was found to also possess a large capacity magazine. In addition, police found he had an outstanding warrant out of Westhampton Township for Robbery and Unlawful Possession of a weapon.
Rasmussen returned from maternity leave last June and requested a reasonable accommodation to allow her time to pump breast milk, the suit says. She had concerns about the medical implications of not pumping milk.
R. C. Shea and Associates believes the case is the first involving New Jersey s discrimination amendment for breastfeeding women.
In 2018, former Gov. Chris Christie amended the state s Law Against Discrimination to include breastfeeding or pumping breast milk, giving nursing women status as a protected class. The amendment requires employers to provide such accommodations for nursing women unless it would result in undue hardship.
Those accommodations include a reasonable break time each day for the employee to express breast milk for her child and a suitable location with privacy other than a toilet stall in close proximity to the work area for the employee to do so.

A teen who admitted shooting and injuring a 16-year-old Brick Memorial High School student who was walking home after school was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in state prison, authorities said.
Alonzo Legrande, 18, of Asbury Park pleaded guilty on September 17, 2020 to aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose after he voluntarily agreed to be tried as an adult in Ocean County Superior Court, according to a release from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
