As India kicked off the world s largest coronavirus vaccination drive, 240 healthcare workers of the Indian Navy were given the shot at Naval Station Delhi on Saturday. The drive was inaugurated in the presence of Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Karambir.
The first phase of immunisation against Covid-19 was initiated at INHS Asvini. This phase was directed at immunising healthcare workers (HCWs) at INHS Asvini and other HCWs in Mumbai, sources said.
