What s possibly more astonishing is that the year of leaks is not even unusual.
Hawke s Bay Today has taken numerous calls, particularly from Havelock North residents, over summer, concerned about water running down roadways from burst and leaky pipes.

On December 11th, as reports about Cuomoâs possible appointment continued to appear, Boylan tweeted about him again. â@JoeBiden if you make this man Attorney General, some women like me will be bringing the receipts,â she wrote. âWe do not need a sexual harasser and abuser as âthe law,â of the land.â

High drawal rate
During the three years, the quantity of food grains drawn by States (annually) hovered around 60 million tonnes to 66 million tonnes. Compared to the allocation, the rate of drawal was 91% to 95%. As the National Food Security Act (NFSA), which came into force in July 2013, enhanced entitlements (covering two-thirds of the country’s population), this naturally pushed up the States’ drawal.
