Brick attack car vandal went too far with revenge mission

Blackburn Magistrates Court A MAN carried out a revenge attack by throwing a brick at another man s car and then using it to smash windows in his house. Blackburn magistrates heard Peter Forster carried out the attack because he felt the other man was interfering in his life. Forster, 40, of Stafford Street, Walsall, pleaded guilty to two charges of criminal damage. He was made subject to a community order for 12 months with 20 days rehabilitation and nine-month drug rehabilitation requirement. He was ordered to pay £500 compensation and fined £15. Jade Coleman, prosecuting, said witnesses saw Forster walking along Blackburn Road, Darwen, at 3.50pm in an agitated state. He picked up a brick and threw it at a Nissan Juke three times, causing damage to the windscreen.
