Strawberry Blond opens Glasgow office

UK indie Strawberry Blond is launching an office in Glasgow, headed by its series producer Hannah Smith. Hannah Smith A new team will be hired to work under Smith at the Scottish office, which will focus on developing entertainment, features and kids’ series. Smith’s credits at Strawberry Blond include The Live Lounge Show (BBC4), The Great British Dig (More4) and The Playlist (CBBC). The Glasgow office is the third to be launched by the company, which is based in London and has a sister label in Bristol, Super Best Quality Video Productions, run by former UKTV commissioning editor Joe McVey.
