Ohio Investigative Unit agents visited ‘Amirah’s Turn’, formerly known as the Dog House in Sandusky bar, on Friday night.
Agents issued another COVID-19 citation for the bar.
The citation, for improper conduct – disorderly conduct - is the second one in eight months for Amirah’s Turn.
Agents say they entered the bar around 10 p.m. where they witnessed patrons closely congregated, with little to no social distancing measures being observed or physical barriers in place.

OHIO, USA While the state of Ohio continues its rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine, agents with Ohio s Investigative Unit continue to patrol businesses in an effort to enforce health orders put in place in order to slow the spread of the disease.
On Friday, six businesses were cited for violating state COVID-19 health orders, including two in Northeast Ohio.
Kepner’s Restaurant, Hudson, received a citation for improper conduct – disorderly activity. Agents entered the establishment at 10:20 p.m. and observed approximately 25 patrons consuming alcohol and openly congregating with no social distancing. No one was observed wearing a facial covering.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (FOX19) -A bar in Springfield Township received a citation Saturday night for violating Gov. Mike DeWineâs health orders, agents from the Ohio Investigative Unit, OIU, said.
Around 10 p.m., the OIU agents saw that the exterior lighting was turned off at Joeyâs Roadhouse. The windows were closed, and doors were locked, but the staff allowed people to enter.
