complaint that they had kidnapped a realtor and him been extorting him and one other for six flats at Kondhwa and Rs 60 lakh.
The two developers, Asif Maulana Shaikh and Abid Bagwan, residents of Kondhwa and
Salisbury Park, respectively, had approached the court last month seeking action against the Congress leader, UH Tamboli, a resident of Ganj-Bhavani Peth, his son and their accomplices.
