41 year old was three times over the limit when he crashed into garden Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday has heard how a man who crashed into a garden was over three times the legal limit for alcohol. Tomas Musteikis (41), originally from Lithuania, with an address of Main Street, Brookeborough had a reading of 120mg of alcohol per 100ml of breath following the crash on November 27, 2020. On the day in question, police received a report of a car having crashed into a garden on the Killykeeran Road near Maguiresbridge and that the driver of the car was under the influence of alcohol.

Fermanagh man who terrorised woman given five month prison sentence

Enniskillen Court House. A 55-YEAR-OLD man has been given a five-month prison sentence for breaching a restraining order. William Thomas Birney, of Tullyreagh Road, Tempo, appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday via videolink from Maghaberry Prison in relation to incidents which took place from December 3-19, 2020. On December 19, police received a 999 call from an injured party, saying they required help immediately before hanging up. When police rang back, they gathered that the injured party was with someone and was unable to talk. When officers arrived at the house the victim was distressed and scared of the defendant, who was inside the property. Birney was arrested and taken to Omagh Police Station.

Enniskillen man, 20, refused bail as court hears of police chase charge

A 20-YEAR-OLD man who has amassed a total of 76 criminal convictions in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland was refused bail following his arrest last week. Dallon Millar, of Kilmacormick Avenue, Enniskillen, appeared via videolink at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday following his arrest on January 15. Police stopped a Vauxhall Astra on the Station Road, Letterbreen and recognised Millar, who was a front seat passenger. They asked him to step out of the car as they made enquiries. He was arrested in relation to three incidents and taken to Omagh Police Station. When he removed his tracksuit bottoms in custody, packages believed to be containing Class A and B drugs were found in his underwear. He was then interviewed but made no comment.
