âIt really is the first step in a plan and a program to making sure seniors in this community are given the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of living here.â
âI hope other people step forth providing events that will allow our seniors to be more involved in the community.â
The moviegoers, some from seniors homes, all from Cochrane, will also be treated to movie snacks like popcorn, more food from McDonaldâs, and will receive Home Treasures gift cards.

After 15 years with Northern Gateway Public Schools, Superintendent Kevin Andrea will step down in July.
Itâs been an era marked by the development of an identity for the school division, along with the establishment of a division office in Whitecourt, a redrawn logo and more, Andrea said.
