Bhubaneswar, Jan 31 : Bhagyashree Sahu of Odisha s Rourkela, who was praised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for her artwork on Sunday, said it was an honour to be mentioned by the Prime Minister.
Sahu, an engineering student, was found a mention in Modi s Mann ki Baat address on Sunday for her artwork to promote cloth-based scroll paintings Pattachitra . It is a proud moment for me, my family and the entire Odisha that the Prime Minister has mentioned my artwork in his Mann Ki Baat. I had never expected that my artwork of Pattachitra will give me a national identity. I thank the Prime Minister, said Bhagyashree.

New Delhi [India], January 31 (ANI): A girl belonging to Odisha s Rourkela found mention in Prime Minister Narendra Modi s Mann ki Baat on Sunday for the artwork she has done to promote cloth-based scroll paintings Pattachitra , which is widely practised in the state.
During his monthly radio programme, Prime MinisterModi took note of Bhagyashree Sahu and praised her for popularising the traditional art form, which is native to Odisha and West Bengal.
The proposed world-class hockey stadium in Odisha s Rourkela will be developed within one year, informed chief secretary Suresh Chandra Mohapatra on Tuesday.The stadium to be developed inside the Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) .
