OKLAHOMA CITY -
One person was taken into custody Tuesday morning after a pursuit and crashing into a northwest Oklahoma City home.
According to authorities, Oklahoma City University Police attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding, initiating a pursuit. The driver reached speeds up to 110 MPH, OCU police said.
University Police lost the driver near Northwest 36th Street and North Pennsylvania Avenue.
The driver eventually crashed into the kitchen area of a home near Northwest 42nd Street and North Kentucky Avenue, police said.
No one inside the home was injured.
Two people were inside the vehicle. The passenger suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
