The information was revealed from a Freedom of Information Request, submitted by the Warrington Guardian. In 2020-2021, the top ticketed street was Barbauld Street, in the town centre, which raked in £18,000 in fines. Closely followed were Orion Boulevard in Chapelford and Radnor Street in Bewsey. However, the amount raised by tickets decreased during the pandemic as in 2019-2020 the most ticketed street, Radnor Street, raised £26,000 whilst in 2018-2019, the most ticketed street, Radnor Street, raised £27,000 through penalties. The top earning car parks in Warrington were also revealed. In 2020-21, Time Square MSCP car park was the highest earner, raising £155,000 alone.
