Like a meteor shower, a pasta recipe is whizzing through the viral-verse. (That has two meanings today, doesn’t it?) It’s a simple mix of feta cheese roasted with tomatoes and garlic, then mixed with pasta and sprinkled with pepper flakes and basil.
If exclamation points were rating numbers or stars, the internet’s “baked feta pasta” meteor has flown further than the twin Voyagers. Wirecutter, a product-review site owned by The New York Times, even has a recent posting that lists “approved gear” with which to make the dish.
