Caroline Peyton, the qualified nutritional therapist and naturopath behind Peyton Principles, is launching a 14 day spring cleanse program in aid of The Churn Project. The programme, which launches on Monday, March 15, is aimed at anyone who wants to re-balance their diet ready for Spring and coming out of lockdown. It involves online support with a 14 day meal plan & recipes, a step by step guided cleanse, expert food & lifestyle advice, live video, tips & information and three digestion yoga flows. Caroline, who has run clinics in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire and lives in Kempsford, is charging £29 for the course and half of that fee will be donated to the charity.
