OPELIKA, Ala. (WSFA) - The Opelika Police Department is investigating a shooting that injured a juvenile Tuesday evening.
Details are limited, but police found the victim around 5:30 p.m. in the 200 Block of Vero Court.
The victim was transported to a Columbus hospital for treatment, though the severity of the injuries was not released.

On April 15, Opelika police began investigating a theft of property, first degree, that occurred in the 2000 block of Interstate Dr.
The male suspect can be seen on camera wearing a black mask, black pants, black shoes and a black shirt with a white print design on the front and a Mona Lisa design on the back.

OPELIKA, Ala. (WTVM) - The Opelika Police Department and the Lee County Sheriffâs Office arrested three suspects on multiple charges including several unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle cases.
On May 3, police executed a search warrant in the 1200 block of Lee Rd. 40.
During the investigation, three suspects were arrested on the following charges: 22-year-old Melvin James Maddox Jr., of Salem:

On March 24, police began investigating a fraudulent use of a card and a theft property, third degree, that occurred at Trinity United Methodist Church which is located on 2nd Ave.
The male suspect can be seen on camera wearing a disposable face mask, white shirt, orange sweatpants and black shoes. The suspect the victimâs cards at the Tiger Town Kroger and Target. He can be seen exiting the store at approximately 11:19 a.m.

OPELIKA, Ala. (WTVM) - The Opelika Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying five theft suspects.
On April 13, police began investigating multiple incidents of unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property, first degree, in the Wyndham Gates subdivision area.
Five suspects are seen on camera arriving in the neighborhood at approximately 4:16 a.m. in a gray or silver Nissan Altima. Four suspects are then seen exiting the vehicle where they began pulling on door handles to numerous cars throughout the neighborhood.
