This project provides improvements to the Ballinger Park waterfront with several new in-water structures, including a new fishing pier, and new boat launch with a new floating dock, and restoration of the shoreline, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the 2021 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. The estimated cost of construction is between $700,000 and $900,000. This project is subject to State prevailing wage requirements.
