23000 Lakeview Drive, Mountlake Terrace, Washington
This project provides improvements to the Ballinger Park waterfront with several new in-water structures, including a new fishing pier, and new boat launch with a new floating dock, and restoration of the shoreline, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the 2021 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. The estimated cost of construction is between $700,000 and $900,000. This project is subject to State prevailing wage requirements.
The City of Mountlake Terrace, will receive and accept sealed electronic bids for this solicitation only through QuestCDN.com via their VirtuBidTM online bid service. Bids will be received until 11:00 A.M., Pacific Time, on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. Bids received through QuestCDN will be opened and read aloud during a virtual bid opening to be held at the day and time of the bid closing utilizing a Zoom Conference. Questions or clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bid must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 4, 2021.
