HOUSTON The boy at the center of an AMBER Alert out of Austin has been found safe and the man authorities were searching for has been taken into custody, according to the US Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force.
The Texas Department of Public Safety issued the AMBER Alert for 4-year-old Wyatt Crowley out of Austin who was last seen Sunday morning in the town of Burton. Burton is about 10 miles west of Brenham.
Joshua Crowley was taken into custody in a shopping center off the North Freeway on Monday.

Child s description
Wyatt Crowley, 4, is a white male, has brown hair and brown eyes, is 3 feet tall and weighs about 30 pounds. He was last seen at about 8 a.m. May 2 on FM 390 in Burton. He was wearing a Spiderman sweatshirt.

Suspect description
The child is believed to be with Joshua Crowley, 36. A white male with brown hair and green eyes. He s about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He had a red bandana on his neck and a baggy black t-shirt.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Texas The Washington County Sheriff s Office said Monday a shooting that happened Sunday outside a Burton convenience store is linked to an active AMBER Alert for the suspected shooter s son.
The suspect in the shooting as well as in the AMBER Alert has been identified as Joshua Crowley, 36, of Burton. Crowley s son, Wyatt, 4, is now the subject of an active AMBER Alert.
Brenham man accused of hurting officers during fight at Washington County Jail
Jamichael Djon Adams, 24, is now facing two felony counts of assault on a public servant. Two officers were sent to the hospital with serious injuries.

Jamichael Djon Adams, 24, of Brenham, is charged with two counts of assault on a peace officer, assault on a family member, two counts of DWI, unlawful restraint and theft of property.
