EMBL prepares women postdocs for leadership

The theme of International Women’s Day this year is #ChooseToChallenge. In that spirit, EMBL’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee has captured the experiences of the 23 pioneering postdocs who were selected for the first Leadership and Excellence for Aspiring Postdocs (LEAP) programme at EMBL.
