Amelia Koehn earned her B.A. in political science and minored in history at the University of Iowa. She is a former member of the University of Iowa Women’s Rowing Team and received the Presidential Committee on Athletics Award. She lives in Washington D.C. and is the host of Inside Judicial Watch at the government watchdog organization Judicial Watch. While in D.C., she has graduated from the America’s Future Foundation as a Writing Fellow. Her work has been featured in the Federalist.

1. Apples are a good source of quercetin which is a flavonoid also known as a plant pigment. These important nutrients are commonly found in fruits and vegetables and provide antioxidant protection.
