St Cloud-area venture fund adds startup studio for early-stage companies

Great North Ventures, previously called Great North Labs, has added a startup studio called Great North Venture Labs. Ryan Weber, who co-founded and manages Great North Ventures with his brother, Rob Weber, said the model pairs a team with experience and an entrepreneur to work through the early stages of building growth companies.  That helps an entrepreneur make connections, gather perspectives about opportunities in different markets and get assistance with some of the legwork involved in starting a business for example, setting up a legal entity.
