The popular ITV show was nominated alongside BBC’s The Bidding Room and Channel 4’s Bake Off and was recognised by the RTS Awards as programmes and performances that had made a positive contribution to the industry and UK viewers. The award comes after Loose Women’s history making programmed during Black History Month last year as the RTS Awards considered that they featured its first ever all-black panel in the show’s 21-year-history upon receiving the award.
