Ashley Hulsey said that authorities responded to the backyard of a local home on Tuesday. Chrzan, a student at Mount Zion High School, had been shot and killed while with friends. They had been shooting at plastic bottles.
Candace s family has a permanent loss. That young man s family has a temporary separation.

MOUNT ZION, Ga. Two teens have been arrested following the death of 17-year-old Candace Chrzan, a Mount Zion High School senior, who was killed Tuesday night in the area of Bowdon Junction Road in Mount Zion, Georgia.
The arrests have brought some sense of relief, but also more unanswered questions for the grandparents who raised her, and close family friend, Tiffany Cantrell.
