Mount Calvary Christian Center has been planning to sell its Central Area properties, then relocate. Its broker is Bascomb Real Estate Group. A year ago, one early apartment plan was filed west across the street from the church. That was from Third Place Design Co-operative on behalf of local developer Jaebadiah Gardner.
