The Platte County Sheriff s Office responded shortly after 7 p.m. to the area of 45 Highway near Fifth Street, where Chase Archambault was one of three juveniles crossing 45 Highway when he was hit, according to Major Erik Holland, of the Platte County Sheriff s Office. The other juveniles were uninjured. A GoFundMe campaign, which had raised more than $13,000 in less than eight hours, was started on Tuesday and funds will be used to advocate and support some type of safe crossing at that intersection and a memorial. Remaining funds will go toward creating a scholarship, according to the campaign.

The Supreme Court decision that the lower court had no jurisdiction over the case should conclude a dispute that has played out in the West African nation for more than a decade, Equinor spokesman Erik Haaland said. “We are pleased with the court’s decision, which is in line with our position,” he said in an emailed statement. Bloomberg reported that John Abebe, the former consultant who sued the Norwegian oil producer, was also on trial in a separate case where he was accused of forging documents submitted as evidence during his original claim, according to a statement on the website of Nigeria’s anti-graft agency.

Equinor sells its US onshore assets in the Bakken Equinor (OSE: EQNR, NYSE: EQNR) has agreed to divest its interests in the Bakken field in the US states of North Dakota and Montana to Grayson Mill Energy, backed by EnCap Investments, for a total consideration of around USD 900 million. The transaction covers all of Equinor’s operated and non-operated acreage, totalling 242,000 net acres, and associated midstream assets in the Bakken. Entitlement production from these assets in 4Q 2020 was 48,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (net of royalty interests). In parallel with this transaction, Equinor Marketing and Trading will enter into a term purchase agreement for crude offtake with Grayson Mill Energy.
