All-female realtor team ranks as top-selling in Nashville & Tennessee
NASHVILLE (WSMV) In the midst of a seller’s market, one Nashville team of realtors has sold more units than any other group. Erin Krueger, the woman at the helm of The Erin Krueger team, has led them to the top five years in a row, selling between 370 and 558 homes any given year.
“To build what I’ve built it took over 80 hours a week for years and I learned the hard way,” says Krueger. “I was sick. Your body can only take so much.”
Krueger was the top-selling realtor in Nashville before starting her team in 2015. On her own, she sold over 300 units a year, earning the ranking of the 14th individual realtor in the country. She started her team to set a boundary for herself and give people a chance to learn the business.
The training helps police identify behaviours indicative of mental illness, and provides them with tools and crisis intervention techniques to manage them, as well as understanding of the current Mental Health Act.
âHowever, high profile cases, such as police fatal shootings of mentally ill individuals, tend to receive media attention and, thus, skew public perception that the police are not handling these cases well,â Kruger told Guardian Australia.
âSuch cases also lead to the perception of mental illness as âcriminalâ or âdangerousâ, which is rarely the case. Research has also found that, in general, police are âgatekeepersâ or a âone stop shopâ for complicated social issues, including mental health.â
This monthâs top listing went for a whopping $19 million â but itâs somehow still a heckuva deal considering the asking price was $23 million. And one could make the argument that the top seller isnât even the most impressive home on this monthâs list. Thereâs also a house built with bricks and doors that came from churches in Europe and castles in Scotland. Impressive.
