Share Westbrook city officials have postponed a presentation of the proposed 2021-22 operating budget that had been scheduled for a City Council meeting on Wednesday. Westbrook City Clerk and Assistant City Administrator Angela Holmes said the presentation had to be delayed until April 21 because of unforeseen circumstances. Holmes did not elaborate. As a result of the postponement, Holmes said, the budget review and adoption schedule had to be changed. After Mayor Michael Foley delivers the budget to the City Council on April 21, the City Council and Finance Committee will hold a special budget workshop session and public hearing on April 26.
