Essex Police say a 24-year-old man from London was arrested on Friday on suspicion of the murder of Stephen Morrison. Mr Morrison died on June 23 last year, shortly after he was found seriously injured after being stabbed in a car park in Epping Road near Wake Arms roundabout. The man arrested on Friday has since been bailed while detectives continue their investigation. Nine other people also arrested in connection with the murder investigation either remain on bail or under investigation, while three of the 13 arrested face no further action.

Drivers will have to pay £1.50 up to one hour, £2.50 up to two, £4.00 up to four, or £6 for up to six hours, at the car parks run by the City of London Corporation (CoLC), which opened a public consultation on the plans this week. The plans, which were approved in November of last year, aim to generate enough income to offset the costs of maintaining and running the forest – currently £4.5 million a year.
