View Comments Following is an account of some police arrest and court notes from the May 22, 1921, edition of the El Paso Times. Man Changes His Seat; Jailed on Drug Charge G.A. Bush sat in the very last seat on the right side of a car returning from Juárez. Across the aisle sat a customs inspector watching him. The car stopped at the American end of the Santa Fe bridge and the usual inspection was made by customs and immigration officers and the signal was given or the car to proceed. Then Bush changed his seat. He moved forward to the front of the car and took a seat on the left side. As the inspector detailed it to the United States commissioner’s court, the following took place.
