Check in for breakfast on the patio at Salt & Ivy (
Aria, 877.230.2742) for a lovely start to Mother’s Day. The restaurant features humongous Dutch baby pancakes in several varieties veggie, serrano ham and Mahon cheese, and a lemon curd and blueberry beauty that could even serve as a shareable dessert.
Tonight on FOX their Gordon Ramsay culinary competition series Hell’s Kitchen airs with an all-new Thursday, April 15, 2021, season 19 episode 15 and we have your Hell’s Kitchen recap below. On tonight’s Hell’s Kitchen season 19 episode 15 episode called,
“What Happens in Vegas…,” as per the FOX synopsis,
“Chef Ramsay organizes an exciting and emotional reunion for the final three contestants.
Afterward, he takes the chefs to his top-secret Las Vegas spots and at their final destination, they are tasked with cooking their final Five Course meal. The two winning chefs pick their brigades from the eliminated chefs of the season, before heading into the finals.

When restaurants are allowed to resume outdoor dining on Friday, those in Los Angeles County will have to follow various pandemic-related safety measures, but they won t know what those measures are until at least Thursday afternoon. On Monday, California Governor Gavin Newsom lifted the state s stay-at-home order. L.A. County followed suit, lifting restrictions on public gatherings and retail services the same day. County officials announced restaurants will be able to resume outdoor dining on Friday. The suddenness of the decision surprised many people, including some restaurant owners.

January has another name: Veganuary. Although the plant-based-eating push began in the U.K., here in Vegas in January it’s also become known as Vegan Dining Month, due to the efforts of website Vegans, baby. This month, 20 restaurants feature special vegan dishes on the menu, and will donate a portion of the proceeds from each dish to the Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada. Check them out at such restaurants as Border Grill at Mandalay Bay, Simply Pure in Container Park, Elizabeth Blau’s Honey Salt, Tacotarian, Mint Indian Restaurant and Violette’s Vegan.
