(Photo: Ian West/PA Wire) Pubs, restaurants and bars are preparing to welcome customers back indoors at thousands of venues across the country on Monday as lockdown restrictions are eased.   It means venues without any outdoor space will be able to open for the first time since the third lockdown was introduced in January. The step will come as a relief to customers who have braved bad weather over the last few weeks to huddle in beer gardens and outdoor dining areas.
