The man and woman, both 25, were arrested on April 28 for their suspected role in the death of a newborn baby girl in Taiwan in February 2019, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) told CNA. The SPF said that after a newborn baby was found dead in a garbage truck in New Taipei, it received a request for help from Taiwanese authorities and has cooperated with them to review evidence and investigate the case.
