His kind heart, he set up this lemonade stand for his baby brother Emery, who is suffering from his own heart defect called hypoplastic left heart syndrome. On a smoldering Kentucky day, four year old Henry brummitt is serving up some of the sweetest lemonade in Shepherdsville. Thank you only five days into his new business. The preschooler has already made over $300. He s seen a lot of customers, including the area s first responders. They let Henry get on the fire truck and see the ambulances and it was just super nice and he loved it. LAKE GAGE â Itâs the end of an era this year as Grace Johnson and Emily McCrea are set to host the last Little Johnâs Lemonade Stand on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 6350 W. Orland Road, Angola.
The pair, best friends for more than a decade, are going into high school this fall at Prairie Heights High School and arenât letting the end of the stand be the end of their philanthropic endeavors.
âWe both hope to do other volunteer work since weâll no longer be doing the lemonade stand,â said McCrea.
The stand was started in 2012 in honor of their friend John Stukey Jr., who was also Emilyâs cousin, who died as a child from cancer.
