His kind heart, he set up this lemonade stand for his baby brother Emery, who is suffering from his own heart defect called hypoplastic left heart syndrome. On a smoldering Kentucky day, four year old Henry brummitt is serving up some of the sweetest lemonade in Shepherdsville. Thank you only five days into his new business. The preschooler has already made over $300. He s seen a lot of customers, including the area s first responders.
