Upgrades planned for Voice of America museum in West Chester

WEST CHESTER TWP. – By year’s end the Voice of America Museum of Broadcasting will have a second multi-purpose hall and new entrance making the building wheelchair accessible.
It’s all part of a renovation project made possible by a $225,000 grant the museum received six months ago from the estate of Elliott Block, who owned the low-powered WKRP TV in Cincinnati.
“For the first time visitors will be able to go right from their car under a portico into the new door, into the new corridor and from the corridor into the Elliott Block Pavilion or ADA compliant restrooms,” said Jack Dominic, executive director of the museum.
