When Montgomery business owner Elizabeth Campbell reopened her yoga studio in August, increased COVID-19 safety measures  masks, increased ventilation, reduced class size  were her top priority.  This week, it was a quick decision to continue those measures for the forseeable future, even though Alabama will drop its mask mandate early next month.  Keeping her students safe is the highest priority, Campbell said, because yoga is a wellness business. You can t make people well by exposing them to a deadly virus, Campbell, a retired U.S. Air Force nurse, said.  Gov. Kay Ivey on Thursday announced she would extend the mask order another, final month, allowing time for businesses to make decisions on their own policies before the statewide order expires. Ivey said another month will also allow for greater vaccine penetration in the state.
