Sam Hunt has been indicted in Nashville in connection with his 2019 arrest on DUI charges.
According to
The Tennessean, the country star was indicted by a Davidson County jury, and he will face DUI charges and an open container violation.
Hunt s arrest took place on November 21, 2019 by Metro Nashville police, after he was accused of driving the wrong way on Ellington Parkway in the early morning hours before eventually exiting. No one was hurt, however drivers on the road had called in to emergency services with concern, describing the SUV driving on the wrong side, while another person said they were almost hit head on.
MDHA building on north side to be rehabbed
The Metro Development and Housing Agency apartment building that sits on the southeast corner of 10th Avenue North and Jefferson Street in North Nashville s Hope Gardens is slated for a rehab.
The 54-unit building, sometimes called 10th & Jefferson, was damaged during the early March tornado. Camco Construction and Restoration is handling the job, with the permit valued at $500,000.
The four-story building, whose apartments have a restricted income component, has an address of
941 Jefferson St. Nashville-based Kline Swinney Associates has an approximately $400,000 contract for architectural and engineering services related to the development.
