As any international traveler knows firsthand, U.S. airports have long lagged behind their foreign counterparts in both aesthetic appeal and the amenities they offer. Ironically, however, the coronavirus pandemic that devastated air travel has given domestic airports a chance to up their gameâand become world-class gateways in their own right.  Â
To be sure, the crisis dealt a body blow to the countryâs airports, which collectively lost $40 billion in the past year, according to Airports Council International. Planning a party isn t always easy. You need to create a menu and a guest list, taking into account dietary restrictions and any social issues that could arise through an ill-advised seating arrangement. Why not take at least some of the hassle out of the equation by ordering a meat and cheese platter from one of America s top purveyors? According to an announcement on Instagram, Ugly Baby has finalized two new, separate menus for dine-in customers and takeout and delivery orders. The dine-in menu, which was shared last night, includes a range of seafood, beef, pork, poultry, and offal items including kang ped, a sting ray curry, and tom jud, a pork belly pineapple soup. There’s also a separate ‘no meat’ list, plus a handful of items listed simply under ‘brace yourself [mind-blown emoji]’. The new takeout and delivery menu will be posted to Ins

Since 2008, Murray’s influence has spread across the country. Now fully owned by Kroger, the nation’s largest supermarket chain, Murray’s Cheese has over 750 locations across more than 30 states. The name Murray has become to specialty cheese what Nathan is to hotdogs a New York Jew turned name brand.
I’d gone to the Bleecker Street shop for years without realizing that Murray’s Cheese had gotten bigger than Chuck E. Cheese. Like most New Yorkers, I knew it was a classic Village shop, but not much else. A counter man once told me that the store was founded in 1940 by a certain Murray Greenberg. Then I stumbled on the store’s About page and was shocked to read, “Murray Greenberg was a Jewish veteran of the Span
