PENDLETON â The Pendleton Round-Up & Happy Canyon Hall of Fame, in partnership with the â¨contract personnel of the Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon, is offering a $2,500 scholarship to a Blue⨠Mountain Community College (BMCC) student to support their education. One recipient from qualified applicants will be selected to⨠receive the scholarship award.
