New High Risk Registered Sex Offender in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents of a new high risk registered sex offender that is residing within the city of Jamestown. 37 year-old Anthony Allen Rolland currently resides at 1530 6th Avenue SW, RM 25 in the Buffalo Motel. He is a 6′, 350 pound American Indian male with brown hair and brown eyes. He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee. Rolland was charged with Gross Sexual IMposition when he forced a 10 year-old girl to have sex with him on two occasions in Ramsey County in 2002. He was charged again with Gross Sexual Imposition when he engaged in sexual contact with a 13 year-old girl. Staff at the residential house found broken ceiling tiles where Rolland and the girl would crawl through and meet. He was convicted in 2003 in Morton County District Court.

Daniel Jeff Bellard, 50, lives at 1530 6th Ave. SW #23, Buffalo Motel room 23. He does not have a vehicle. Ballard was convicted in 2009 in St. Landry Parish District Court in Louisiana on three charges involving sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl. He was convicted in 2004 in Acadia Parish District Court, also in Louisiana, on a charge involving sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl. Gores has been ass igned a h igh-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General. He was convicted in 1997 of indecent exposure in Ramsey County Juvenile Court in North Dakota. Authorities said Gores exposed himself to a 12-year-old boy. Authorities said Gores has a long history of unadjudicated sexual offenses, has repeatedly failed treatment and has sexually reoffended while in residential treatment programs.
