اتُهِم وزير العدل الفرنسي إريك دوبون موريتي الجمعة، في قضيتَي تضارب مصالح محتمل مرتبطة بنشاطاته السابقة بصفة محامٍ، وذلك بعد استجواب دام نحو ستّ ساعات. ويمثّل الأمر سابقة لوزير عدل في منصبه.
وقال محاميه كريستوف أنغران للصحافيين بعد مغادرته محكمة عدل الجمهورية: كما كان متوقعًا، تم توجيه الاتهام إليه .
وأكد مصدر قضائي أن إريك دوبون موريتي وُجهت إليه تهمة تحقيق فوائد غير مشروعة، لكنه لم يُوضع تحت الرقابة القضائية.
ولم يحضر الاستجواب المدّعي العام في محكمة النقض فرانسوا مولين، الذي يمثّل الادعاء ولا أي ممثل آخر للنيابة العامة، وفق المصدر نفسه.
