SAGINAW, MI - For the last 25 years, Katy’s Kards has called Saginaw home. With new owners as of last summer, the party store continues to expand.
Ce’Erica Allen, her husband, DeVario Allen, and her mother, Christy Ferguson, are the new owners of the business located at 1200 Court St.
They offer party balloons in hundreds of styles, greeting cards, decorations, customized items and are now offering party planning services, online ordering, contactless pickup, delivery and more.
“We are expanding into rentals and delivery as well as custom orders, like you come in with an idea and we kind of put together different elements,” Ce’Erica Allen said. “We’re really trying to create like a complete party experience.”
