Tess Cruz Named To the University of Rhode Island Fall 2020 Dean s List The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce the Fall 2020 Dean s List. The students represent nearly all of Rhode Island s cities and towns, all six New England states, New York and New Jersey, and many other states and countries. To be included on the Dean s List, full-time students must have completed 12 or more credits for letter grades during a semester and achieved at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 or more credits for letter grades earning at least a 3.30 quality point average.

Police release custody shot of thief caught stealing from church | The Wiltshire Gazette and Herald

This is the face of the thief caught red-handed stealing lead from a Wiltshire church roof.  Claude Denham, 30, was jailed for 14 months at Winchester Crown Court this week for stripping metal from the roof of St James Church, Devizes, in 2019.  Together with associate Jason Wynter, the pair were caught redhanded by the vicar and a parishioner who were inside the church for a night vigil.  Wiltshire Police has now released Denham s custody shot.  Welcoming the sentence, PC Emily Thomas of the force s rural crime team, said: Heritage crime is taken very seriously within Wiltshire Police, this type of offence is upsetting for the public that rely on these historic buildings for various aspects of community life.
