Lebanon High’s Emily Kehoe stepped down after one season at the helm, and Mascoma Valley Regional High’s Walter Hammond left the program after four years.

After a long wait for the season to get underway, the Oxbow High girls basketball team closed its season-opening contest on a 12-6 run to beat host Lamoille, 48-43, on Friday night.
Emma DeGoosh had five of her 15 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Olympians. Emma Parkin added 14, including a 4-for-6 effort from the free-throw line in the fourth. Arianna Bolles had 11 points.
Oxbow will regroup over the weekend before visiting Lyndon on Monday.
