STATEN ISLAND. N.Y. Peter J. Cea , Sr., of Emerson Hill passed away peacefully on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021. He was 83.
Born Jan. 2, 1938 in the Bronx, he was the son of the late Jack and Grace Cea. He was the devoted and loving husband of Dr. Christine Cea (nee Capobianco), who represents Staten Island on the NYS Board of Regents.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Community Board 3 will hold a virtual meeting of its full board on Tuesday, Jan. 26, at 7 p.m.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Community Board 2 will consider applications Tuesday night for the construction of residential buildings in Richmond and Meiers Corners.
On the agenda is the application for 40 and 46 Autumn Ave. and St. Andrew Road, where an application has been filed seeking authorization to build within a Special Natural District Area within wetland adjacent areas.
Also, an application for the construction of a detached residential building located within the bed of a mapped street at 244 Gansevoort Blvd. will be considered.
