Elections 2021 Update: Joachim Henry Wins Castries South East Share this post: With a total of 3980 votes, Joachim Henry has defeated the incumbent Guy Jospeph by a total of 437 votes after the final box in the Castries South East race was tallied. Henry had to overcome a plethora of obstacles during his campaign to loosen the grip Joseph had held on the constituency. Joachim Henry served as Senator and Leader of Opposition Business in the Saint Lucia Senate from 2016 – 2020. He also represented the Senate overseas on regional issues, as well as the Saint Lucia Labour Party (SLP) on matters relating to housing, planning and of a social nature.
