They say that 87 per cent of office workers in the South West said hybrid working would be an important factor when searching for a new job, as the post-pandemic working landscape begins to take shape. As multiple lockdowns have signalled the end of the traditional five-day office week, the research gives an idea of why hybrid working is so important. Some 45 per cent of office workers based in the South West have moved home or considered moving during the pandemic. CityFibre have been installing the new network in Ipswich since last year - Credit: CityFibre Internet provider TalkTalk is expanding its full fibre broadband programme to Ipswich after partnering with CityFibre and Openreach. Works led by CityFibre have continued across the town since February 2020, with the company looking to see Ipswich become a gigabit city when works complete in 2022. The three companies are aiming to bring fibre to the premises broadband across the town – meaning a full fibre connection will be used from the exchange all the way to their home. Currently, much of the town uses a mix of fibre and copper cables, with fibre leading only as far as a street cabinet. Companies to make use of the network so far include Zen, which joined the network earlier this year.

First introduced in 2006 with the ClubSwan 42, ClubSwan is the performance division of the brand, with each project always having a specific focus on speed, technology and competitive sailing potential. The latest project to come from this division is the new ClubSwan 125, currently under construction at the Nautor’s Swan facility in Finland, and due to launch in 2021. Designed by Juan Kouyoumdjian, it aims to be the world’s fastest supermaxi yacht, through innovative design solutions such as the yacht’s single curved foil solution.
