A white month of February gets a bit whiter today. A burst of snow late this morning through mid-afternoon will leave behind a few inches of snow in places, says Accu-Weather s Joe Lundberg. He expects midday snow to accumulate one-to-three inches before it switches over to a rain or snow shower late this afternoon. Up in the Poconos, it will probably be all snow, meaning three-to-six inches are likely.
Police are investigating a deadly crash on Route 378 in Bethlehem. A van rolled over shortly after 2 o clock Sunday afternoon on the northbound side of 378 between the Main Street and Eighth Avenue exits. The driver, whose name has not been released, died at the scene.

An Indiana County man facing charges in six upcoming trials is now charged with aggravated assault, burglary, criminal trespass, theft and related crimes for an incident in Scottdale in Westmoreland County where he was apprehended with the help of a veteran and his dog.
The Tribune-Review reports that 30-year-old Corey Matthew Pandullo, who is listed as having addresses in Indiana and Blairsville, was apprehended Wednesday after he tried to break into several homes near Loucks Avenue and Mulberry Street. It started around 8:00 Wednesday Morning when resident Richard Grabiak left his garage door open as he went to a nearby convenience store for a cup of coffee. When he came back, he found Pandullo in the garage. Grabiak grabbed a garden tool to hold him at bay. A Scottdale officer tried to restrain Pandullo, but he shoved the officer and took off towards the back of the house. The officer had cuts to his hand and
